Pawel Tomasz Wasilewski also referred to as Paul Wesley, is an Oscar-winning director and actor best known for his role in the well-known television drama the show The Vampire Diaries. The role he played on the TV series has garnered him several honors, awards and nominations. These include those of the Teen Choice Awards and the "Young Hollywood Awards". Wesley was born in New Brunswick New Jersey and raised within the United States, showed interest in acting as a child during his school days. He then enrolled in Rutgers University. His first appearance on TV was on the popular American TV soap opera Another World. The CBS Network broadcast 'Wolf Lake in the year following his first TV appearance. His career reached a turning stage when he was cast in the character of Stefan Salvatore, in the famous American TV series The Vampire Diaries. He has also directed several episodes of the show. He has appeared in many famous films since the release of his first film, The Last Run. Recently, he was seen in the movies Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer as a supporting character. His social media popularity is very high. He has more than 13 million followers on Instagram and more than 4.1,000,000 people following him on Twitter.
